      great people, great motivation and energy right now with new leadership, driving for more transparency and building a stronger culture around our refreshed values

      Cons

      they compare their medical benefits in the construction industry, but we compete with all industries for talent - not great benefits for families. Volunteerism support and flexible work have varying levels of support - they tend to use the underperformers as the guidelines for making their policies rather than managing their performance. They are growing in this space thanks to the pandemic, but still lacking.

      Training is common and good, diverse daily tasks

      Cons

      Wouldn’t promote even when doing the full time position already. Lots of politics. Upper management doesn’t care about the average worker. Forced overtime, written up when declining optional after hours work.
