Pros

Granite allows you to grow and learn at your own pace. If you take your career seriously, and are adamant about your interest in developing skills and knowledge, your supervisor will provide opportunities for it.

Cons

Being compensated, or even recognized for the support that you bring to the company is your own responsibility. You have to be willing to push for promotions and raises.

Pros

Great employees. Lots of long term employment. They bleed green. A big company in SC which provides growth opportunities

Cons

Old school mentality; 8-5 m-f butts in seats. Struggles with change/implementing new technology and gaining buy-in

Pros

there will always be work

Cons

No communication, scams people on pay and will pay people with no cdl the same as people with a cdl so don't bother with getting it. Hostile environment, had a employee punch another employee and have zero repercussions. management will threaten job if you don't do something whether it is safe/legal or not.
