Dishonest and lack of skilled managers.

Where do i start? Lowest wages in the state compared to other construction qc techs. No room to move up. Bare minimum of insurance required by law. Very minimal raises. No training or instruction. Extremely blatant favoritism. Every raise/promotion is based off of time served not quality of work. Management is very ready to tell you that they don’t care about hourly employees. Departments are treated as separate companies when it comes to budget specifically to foster a “competitive attitude” so every department is constantly try to push blame on each other.
