      There are several people worth staying for, and the company wants to want to change

      This company lives and dies by Excel. If you have any amount of talent or experience you will find yourself against the wall on day one. Granite looks for office managers and excel jockeys and gladly jumps over dollars if they can improve by a dime

      Big company with lots of work

      Favoritism, if you're related to a higher up (Foreman-Superintendent) you work all year round. Complain about missing hours or telling a foreman you cant do a task and all of a sudden you're going to be sitting at home. This is a company for yes men, even at risky situations, you tell them no, and you'll all of a sudden be laid off due to no work. No room for growth, unless you're related to a higher up.
