Pros
Depending on the region, Granite Construction is a good contractor and has a long history of working on infrastructure. Good work experience Some regions are doing better than others.
Cons
No work-life balance, no room to grow, and not being loyal to good employees. Once the project is done, you are most likely going to be laid off or sent somewhere across the country. Not a good long-term career. The company is shutting down offices across the country. The mentality of the Human resources is that they can always hire someone else
