Can make decent money. Can develop good relationships with coworkers, good safety program, fair compensation and benefits. Some good managers
Cons
Very corporate run! Very scared of retaliation hope this is really anonymous. Micro manages big time, back stabbers, don’t trust supervisors to do there job, accuse people of things make them feel like crap and even when they find out it was a mistake don’t even acknowledge it. Certain people are persecuted for simple mistakes while others get a free pass, big time favortisism!!!! Way top heavy everyone thinks there a boss and real management let’s them continue the behavior, and creates a very bad place to work. Don’t even think about having your own opinions your told what to say and even what to think a very dictatorship style of management!
