Company has a very hard time setting boundaries with clients. This results in additional work, with a "just get it done" attitude. Causes for a hectic environment. Intra-department communication is terrible. Departments focus on their own goals which causes major issues when they need to work together for clients. My feeling was every department looked out for themselves and not for the betterment of the company. Too much burden placed on best performers, most of which are underpaid/overworked/stressed. Department Changes were always said to be coming but they never do. CEO will push this company as one of the best with all different types of awards and recognitions, but if you talk to the top performers of teams/departments they will tell you its alot of fluff.
