Once had a coworker have to come in the office sick because they were out of time off All in all, avoid Granite at all costs, save yourself and your mental health

Salaries are not competitive with the local market Upper management will spend millions on new projects, but their employees struggle to get raises or better work-life balance The company is unable to attract talent, so the positions are understaffed Because they are understaffed and keep pushing for new projects, employees continuously work 60+ hour weeks with no compensation Working nights and weekends every week is expected. There's no backup, so everyone has to be available 24/7
