      Upper management needs to improve. Co-workers made the job tolerable.

      * Co-worker were definitely top notch. Very friendly, understanding and welcoming to everyone that joins the Netops Access team. * Supervisors are amazing. I've definitely been fortunate to have decent supervisors throughout the years but there is nothing I would not do for my supervisors. * 2-4 bonuses a year depending on company performance (only applicable to employees of 1 year+. * Frequent events such as movie screenings or local food truck related events.

      Cons

      * Pay was below what is considered competitive. * Upper management goes behind your direct supervisor/managers back leading to not following protocol. * Over worked and under paid.
