Pros

Great position for new grads seeking a sales career. Decent pay and full benefits. Full two week training program in Quincy, MA to get you acquainted with products and services relative to your role. Ken Marston (I like ya dooood) and John Demartis are a dynamic duo that help run the office and keep Justin in line.

Cons

8-5 dont plan on being late or leaving early

Pros

Great training, a lot of great people to work with

Cons

Literally everything. No room for growth, in sales your base NEVER increases they just up your quota. Just an overall miserable experience for me. During state of emergency snow storms everyone is expected to be in the office still. Does not matter if it’s a “bomb cyclone” outside you still have to make cold calls.
