      Plenty of opportunities. Many new teams and groups that need leaders. Freedom to manage and implement changes. Socially/Environmentally conscious, supportive of numerous charities, especially those directly impacting employees

      Cons

      The only Cons are those that people put in front of themselves. You want something? Prove you are worth it and you will get it.

      Overall culture of Granite is great. The C level leaders are down to earth, approachable, and the company is one of the most benevolent in Mass.

      Cons

      Company is very much reactionary to the market and struggles to have a clear identity with products and services.
