      Not for the lazy, need to have drive

      Pros

      Granite has a fast paced environment and those who really want to stand out can! Often times the ones who claim to be too busy are the same people you find on their phones so it is easy to find other like minded dedicated professionals.

      Cons

      Sales teammates can be overwhelming at times. Process changes can be added abruptly due to the the nature of the Telecom industry so you have to stay alert to those changes.

      Pros

      Great people in the department and a place to grow professionally out of college. Hard work is rewarded through promotion structure. Great benefits with Blue Cross, and an onsite gym.

      Cons

      Emphasis on sales over operations roles in the past, WFH policy could be more lenient

      Good place to start, but pay is low/career advancement is limited

      +Gym onsite +Cafeteria onsite +Some fun people to work with depending on your team +401k Vestment after 3 years

      Cons

      -Limited PTO (15 days) -WFH not allowed pre-Covid -Had to dress up M-Thursday even though no customers ever visited the office -Had to wait 1 year to be considered for promotions
