No yearly raises: The only way to gain more $ is via promotions (which doesn’t come often) and certifications (job pending) Selfish Environment: The leadership only cares about their own team and hitting goals to get bonuses. For the new comers, the experience will depend on your upper management and team. Sales Centric Org: Sales are the bloodline of Granite and all the CEO cares about. If you serve the customer, then good luck. If you serve the corp, then they own all your hours. If you are Sales, you are the one.
