Pros

• Entry level job after college • Coworkers are friendly and helpful

Cons

Where do I start? • Management is awful except for couple the likes of Rose M and Jeff P. • There are serious differences amongst teams in Offer Management, some can wfh the entire week if they like and others will need to get permission for the 2 days offered by the company. • There is no such thing as diversity. In a department of 100, there are about 10 or less people of color and about 12 or 15 Women including management. No person of color in Management. • Compensation is terrible, for a company based in one of the most expensive cities in US. • You are a slave to Sales, they run the company. They can get you fired, no matter what the management might promise you. Sales throw tantrums like children wanting more candy. • Bonus will be 60% of what you might expect when hired. • Turnover rate high, so expect to lose your lovely coworkers before you get to know them well.

Pros

140 hours of pto at the beginning of the year. my supervisors are nice people.

Cons

too many to list. absolutely no consistency in pay. employees are undervalued, customer service department is overwhelmed/understaffed. there’s zero accountability and, yet, at the same time TONS of micromanaging. projects are constantly thrown to other departments making it impossible to make headway in work—with no increase in pay, just expectation to take on new responsibilities. sales based which allows sales to walk all over everyone else at the company, they promise customers things we can’t provide to get them to sign a contract and are vicious internally. the company does not listen to or care about their current employees which is causing them to lose them rapidly.

Pros

You can do whatever you want usually because no one cares about anything.

Cons

The pay is awful, they lie and do illegal billing, and they do not care about anything except the bottom line. A great example, the donations. The only reason all of the donations are given are for the publicity and tax benefits, plus the weekly donations are 50% employee money.
