Pros

Onsite gym and cafeterias, some perks like occasional bonuses and treats for staff. The accolades are nice to hear. It's a good entry level position. First time office experience. Teaches you discipline and Corporate America's expectations.

Cons

Depending on the Department; the work is the same thing every day over and over. Most jobs could be easily outsourced or eventually replaced by computers although Granite claims that's not part of their plan. The work is mind-numbing and can be downright painful. It's a young crowd that consists of mostly millenials obsessed with gaming. It's competitive in the worst way and to be honest they are over staffed. There are Departments that literally have nothing to do 75% of the time.

Pros

- Have a gym on location, though it gets crowded right at 5pm because the whole company rush out of their cubicles at the same time. - Few minutes walk to/from North Quincy Station

Cons

- This is a sales oriented company so all they care is their sales figures and outdated products. - Meeting every Monday morning to listen to CEO rambling about the company performance. - Strict work schedule 8-5 with 1-hour lunch for everyone at the same time from 12-1. Absolutely no flexible. Works great for someone familiar with military environment. - Try to micro-manage teams and individuals but don't properly train employees.
