      Pros

      Challenging, great co-workers, work schedule, great working environment, and your selling a quality product.

      Cons

      Mandatory 80 phone calls per day, poor or no training and coaching, redundant paperwork needs to be filled out, competing with Granite employees, long term sales cycle, high products/services costs for the customer, no name recognition, and poor customer retention.

      Pros

      Lots of incentive to try to keep employees motivated through weekly competition. They also have decent benefits and from what I've heard there is room for career growth. Small free gym.

      Cons

      Had high turnover and didn't seem to really cultivate their talent and a lot of good workers were lost. The overall culture was very corporately draconian and forced all their employees to take their lunch break 12-1 (without a minute to spare!). To get an idea of how management viewed their employees, my first week there they let go of an entire department and rehired temp employees to replace them.
