      Can be a great place to work , but not for everyone.

      Pros

      Great sense team and community. Many of the people that work there are friends, so it can be a fun place to work. Decent benefits. If you work hard and work well with management you will rise up. They just keep growing, so the job security is solid.

      Cons

      The culture here is not for everyone. Make sure you ask a lot of questions in your interview to make certain this is the place for you.
