      Pros

      Great team and support from management. Gave me the independence to do my job but was there if I needed help. Was paid well and had many opportunities to make more.CEO does a great job of making everyone feel important even within such a large company

      Cons

      Resources were a little scarce but gave the opportunity to be creative. Not really a negative for me but could be for some.
