Pros

Great company culture and atmosphere

Cons

Have to jump through hoops for raises. Negotiate a high base salary from the get go or you will regret it.

Mediocre Entry Level Job

Pros

Training for the job was pretty good. There was a lot to learn but they got you ready to do the basics. Lots of small perks to keep you interested but nothing to make you stay

Cons

The micromanagement and the ridiculous rules. Performance was based on metrics that could be skewed if you knew how to trick the system. There are also some really old bitter people working there that make the environment unhealthy. Also, punch in time nazis. If you're not on the dot, they will dock pay.

Pros

It was a pay check

Cons

Everything was terrible, management could not get out of its own way. Culture of fear.
