      Pros

      Granite has considerable development opportunities if you are willing to invest the time. I have seen multiple instances of teammates advancing through the ranks from entry level to mid and upper level management. Co-workers are supportive and collaborative. Everyone wants to see each other win and be successful. Brand new office in Quincy, MA with cafeteria, state of the art gym, free parking, free beverages, and a cubicle/office layout.

      None that I can think of at the moment.

      Its good to get experience, and here you have a lot opprtunites to get experience as you will be exposed to a lot of networking technology being its a telecommunications company.

      Cons

      Salary is below industry average, I think for most people here, they get the experience and leave to higher paying roles. The culture is very dogmatic, reminiscent of the 90s

      Brutal but Employee Community was awesome

      - Pay and room for growth are abysmal - Company takes advantage of the employees hard work and dedication even at the Director level - Felt like the company watched your every move and minute clocked in - Outdated programs that constantly showed issues - Lack of communication and transparency
