      Pros

      Great environment and the people are great. The company is very generous and is always giving back to the community and several charities. Everyone helps out and does what they can to teach you and help you succeed.

      Cons

      The hours are unforgiving in certain departments and they have very strict goals that can be difficult to meet. In several departments you must start in a temp situation before being offered a permanent position.

      - Recognized for accomplishments and goals made - Motivating team - Culture/Environment is great. Bring in revenue, put out to communities. - Growth potential is huge but you need to really work hard to get there
