Pros

MOST people I worked with here were very good with teamwork job 1, EXCEPT when my manager changed...

Cons

things changed when I was diagnosed with disability, and needed to sometimes work from home. I then got one negative quarterly review after another, then termination. From the company that touts it self as Health Care aware, Compassionate, etc.

Pros

Company is centrally located and boasts a great gym.

Cons

This is a sales company in short. The CEO hides behind his charitable donations to make him and his company look good. The CEO is only there by nepotism. His father brought him in to the company formerly known as Network Plus which went bankrupt after he took over. RED FLAG. There is zero professionalism and they lack a Human Resources Department. You are at the whim of your manager. Their preference for employees are college graduates fresh out of college. Most of these graduates have no idea what a company is since this is their first job. They can be molded and then the life sucked out of them. Immature culture. Extremely high turn over. Bare bones on paid holidays and benefits. The pay is horrible. The only way this company has any hope is that they go Union. The managers are asked at their weekly meetings to add positive reviews to off set the negative. I cannot stress enough that there is absolute truth to the negative reviews.

Pros

Systematic promotion, bonuses, gym, parking I'm only writing more to fill the twenty word minimum because there are almost no pros to outweigh the cons

Cons

Upper management could care less if you were dying at your desk, everything is done to best accommodate sales and sales only. You get promoted at certain times so the company can maintain the ability to say there's space for growth. Someone who is terrible at their job will get promoted faster than you if they fluff up the right person here. Pay is ridiculously low for the amount of bs we have to put up with from management not to mention they hire people right out of college with no professional environment background so the office culture tends to feel like you're in high school. Stay away, no matter how desperate you are.
