Pros

Set work hours, okay pay

Cons

Management is horrible, and biased against particular departments. No benefit or appreciation for employees with multiple years of service. Only friends and family of management obtains supervisory positions, even if undeserved.

Pros

The pay is good, set hours are good to have. Never really had an issue for taking time off

Cons

New rule in place to not hire anyone without degree and no supervisor promotion, locking hardest working employees out promotion.

Granite was a solid company. Strong foothold, good bonuses and very lenient as long as goals were hit.

Cons

No respect for elder workers, quick to give written warnings, huge turnover
