Pros

I never found any reason to be happy there or to stay there. Left before I was fully hired

Cons

Internet is blocked, vacation is frowned upon, lunch must be taken from 12 to 1 every day, no exceptions. You must be on time to the minute.

Pros

Going through a Temp Agency, they will very likely hire you. Short Temp period (3 months) before going permanent.

Cons

management communication with the lower ranks is abysmal. They will expect you to be able to work miracles and likely penalize you when you fail to live up to their fantastic requirements.
