Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear you valued your teammates, the work environment, professional growth opportunities, and our 401(k) match—those are areas we work hard to invest in. We also appreciate your candid feedback regarding compensation and our current remote work structure. We understand that both salary competitiveness and flexibility are important to employees, and we regularly review these aspects of our offerings as we balance business needs with employee preferences. Changes to our work model are made thoughtfully, and we continue to evaluate how we can best support our teams. We value all feedback as it helps us continue to grow and improve, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

It’s an air conditioned email job. It’s not hard, it’s just volume that can make it difficult. It really is a good job.

Cons

Every job has something that makes it not great. I’m happy with my employment here.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re disappointed to hear that your experience didn’t meet expectations, we genuinely appreciate your honesty. We understand that workload, compensation, and overtime are important concerns. We’ve been actively reviewing team capacity, role expectations, and compensation structures to ensure our employees feel supported and fairly recognized for the work they do. We are also working with managers to better monitor overtime and improve workload balance across teams. If you’re open to it, we’d value the opportunity to learn more about your experience. Direct feedback helps us identify where we can continue to improve. Please feel free to reach out to our HR team or your former manager so we can better understand the specifics and take constructive action. Thank you again for sharing your perspective, and we wish you the very best in your future endeavors.
