Pros

Too few to mention, this place is a pit. Only thing i can say positively is at the end of the day you get to go home

Cons

Incredible amounts of chaos, the only time supervisors talk to you is to scold you, which happens often because the only way you learn is by making mistakes that blow up in your face because you werent aware of a special condition, or any other highly specific reason. And believe me they will catch it and will give you hell for it, as there are 3 sets of eyes carefully watching you at all times. HR doesnt give a care at all if we are handed work outside our job description (usually in the form of overflow calls from departments that fall in a completely separate scope of work) and dismisses us as "we dont actually do that much were just intake". The company is also looking to merge two departments and joining our job descriptions yet keeping our pay and benefits the same. Beware this company like the plague, it will take your sanity and wont pay you enough to justify it.

We're glad to hear that you consider our company a great place to work, though we recognize the stress that can sometimes accompany job responsibilities. We’re particularly concerned about your comments regarding growth opportunities and the perception of a "buddy system." Classic Privately Held Chaos

Pros

The company grows and moves rapidly, which creates opportunities for people to grow (or burn out) quickly. This is a strong Sales organization that will always clearly place the bottom line first.

Cons

The Org's leaders hold themselves to a low bar of leadership, and that culture trickles all the way down. My own leadership team seemed so overwhelmed that they simply could not keep track of all the threats and ultimatums they had made. The organization makes attempts at compliance with legal requirements and ethical norms but is happy to ignore those when convenient. Granite will fully expect staff to lie on their behalf. To customers, to direct reports, to other workgroups, etc. It's political and tribal. That's a good place for some people.
