Pros

A job to cover your bills.

Cons

Senior management, many of whom had been there for over a decade, lacked vision, struggled to understand how to use modern tech, and measured success by how long people sat in the office, even when there was no meaningful work. They hired many underqualified Indian consultants who worked from anywhere, while those not favored by management had to slog through Boston traffic or deal with unaffordable housing—a clearly unfair setup. Stay too long, and finding opportunities elsewhere will be difficult—you’ll become one of them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your candid feedback. We understand that you’ve raised concerns about our management practices, work culture, and outsourcing strategies, and we take these issues seriously. We recognize the importance of staying current with technology and creating a balanced, fair environment for all employees, regardless of their role or location. As we continue to evolve, we are committed to addressing areas where we can improve, including upskilling our staff and fostering innovation in ways that align with the needs of all departments, not just sales. Regarding our approach to remote work and outsourcing, we are continuously reviewing our policies to ensure they are equitable and transparent, so that every team member has the opportunity to succeed, no matter where they are based. We appreciate your advice and will take it into consideration as we strive to improve. Thank you for your time with us, and we wish you the best in your future endeavors.
