Potential to move up if senior management likes you and you don't speak up too much against the ideas of the majority. Co-workers are some of the best people, they make it hard to leave.

Cons

Innovative ideas about systems, processes, anything really are not well received unless it comes from a select few. Culture is quirky and stagnant. It needs to become more modern and adapt with the times.
