Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found value in the role as a solid starting point in your career. We’re sorry to learn that you’ve had frustrations with our internal systems. We know this is an area that impacts daily workflow, and we’re actively investing in upgrades and process improvements to make employees’ experience smoother and more efficient. Regarding our in‑office schedule, we understand that fully on‑site work isn’t the ideal fit for everyone. Our current model is designed to support collaboration, mentorship, and team connectivity, but we continuously review our workplace approach as the needs of our employees and our business evolve. We appreciate your perspective and thank you again for helping us identify where we can continue to improve.

Strong Start, But Culture Has Declined Over Time

Pros

The company has a long history of strong community involvement and continues to support a variety of charitable and local initiatives. Many coworkers are dedicated, supportive, and genuinely care about doing good work. There are still teams and individuals who create a positive environment despite broader challenges.

Cons

In recent years, there has been a noticeable shift toward prioritizing lower-cost labor over retaining knowledgeable, experienced employees. While the company publicly promotes internal growth and development, actually advancing or accessing meaningful opportunities can be extremely difficult. Micromanagement and favoritism are present in certain areas, which affects morale and makes it hard to feel valued. Employee appreciation has declined, and recognition often feels inconsistent or tied to internal politics rather than performance.

Thank you for taking the time to share such thoughtful and balanced feedback. We truly appreciate your recognition of our long-standing commitment to community involvement and the dedication of many team members who continue to support one another and take pride in their work. We also want to acknowledge the concerns you raised. Feedback around growth opportunities, employee recognition, management practices, and trust is taken seriously. While we strive to promote internal development and a supportive culture, we recognize that experiences can vary across teams and that there is work to be done to ensure those values are consistently reflected in day-to-day practices. Reinvesting in our people—particularly through clearer career pathways, transparency, and fair recognition—is an important focus for us. Honest input like yours helps inform ongoing efforts to improve leadership practices, strengthen communication, and create an environment where employees feel valued for their contributions and experience. We appreciate your candor and your continued recognition of the positive aspects of our culture. Our goal is to bring the same care and commitment we show to our communities into every part of the employee experience, and feedback like this helps guide that progress.
