To begin, we would like to thank you for your long and loyal service. We were really disappointed to see you go. It will be hard to replace you.
With regard to the title of your review "Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews", we can only assume that those who left those flattering reviews before you were no less sincere in their praise than you in your criticism. In fact, if what you describe were true, I can't imagine anyone would want to work here -- including me. Yet a large number of your former colleagues have remained with us for a decade and more. They are certainly talented and independent enough to find good jobs elsewhere, but they stay -- and write 5-star reviews. Something about their experience at Grant Street is radically different from yours. Obviously, we failed you. And for that we apologize.
