Response for our Chief Management Officer: This review was hard to read - because as you note, the concerns you have run counter to the work environment and culture that we want all employees to experience at Grant Street. I am sorry that you don’t think we have lived up to our own expectations in this regard and I assure you that I do take this seriously. You highlight a number of aspects for improvement, including our processes and leadership. In all of those areas, we have a much better chance of making changes if we have more detail and context, and ideally the opportunity to ask questions to ensure we understand the issues deeply. While we do formally ask for feedback on our leads from members of their teams during performance reviews, and more informally throughout the year via skip-level meetings among other things, we also rely on current employees to proactively share this type of feedback when they have it. We have a number of mechanisms for this at GSG, including an anonymous form that is designed to allow employees to submit more specifics on the individuals and circumstances you allude to here so they can be addressed concretely. However, the most effective way to provide this feedback is to share it with me or another member of our leadership team. As outlined in our handbook, we take the Open Door policy at GSG seriously, and you can be assured that there will be no reprisals for providing that feedback to us as directly as you did here.
