It is a real challenge providing up to date technology services to those who resist change at every level.

Pros

The best part of working here is that most of your customers are friends and or neighbors. If you want everyone to know something, just tell them not to tell.

Cons

Maintaining a healthy bottom line as the government continues to cut back on reimbursement programs. Management desires up to date technology until they realize that there is a cost both in procurement and training folks to use it.
