Pros

- Good for learning, especially for 0-5 year experience level - Campus is one of the best in Delhi NCR - Work on new technologies - Competitive compensation (more than average) - Not a company to work for more than 5 year experience level - Job security. You are not fired until you are bad. - TT, pool table and badminton court - Office sponsored quarterly yearly parties and trips

Cons

- Work life imbalance, with tough situations at senior level - Company has not grown since its inception. Still has strength of 100 at India center. - Very few clients. Dependent upon existing clients for more of the work. Most of the time, only one development project runs. - Too much politics involved, senior management and leads are involved in politics. Employees that are not in personal terms with seniors suffer a lot because of this. - No benefit for US travel on B1. No separate compensation offered, only actuals. - Late stay in office is promoted. Even if you complete your work within time, you are expected to stay late. Leads try to score their points by completing work before time for their own benefit. - No recognition if you are not staying late, even if you are completing your work in the best possible way - Favorites culture - seniors are biased and favor their own group - Show off attitude works at senior level (above 5 years). People who just show off without doing any actual work get praises and promotion. - Senior management positions are hold by people that treat it as its own company. Do not respect junior employees and have a lot of attitude. - No work from home option

Pros

1: Lot to learn 2: Diversity in work. 3: People are quite good at work and are intelligent 4: Infrastructure is great. 5: Facilities provided make you feel comfortable. 6: Team size is low so there is total transparency between different individual contributors and management.

Cons

1: They can change your role anytime without asking you. 2: Small teams, so a lot more work pressure 3: Not a good paymaster 4: Some people (Project Leads in GGS) are very cunning. They gauge your abilities and if they find you better than them, they try to project to higher management you are not capable enough so that you do not get opportunity to overtake them. 5: Lack of system resources like VPN, laptops which compel you to come on weekends rather than work from home if you have work 6: Politics 7: Commitments are not fulfilled by management. 8: Buttering matters more than performance. 9: Company is not growing. Since last 10 years it has not expanded. It started with around 80-100 employees and even today employee count is 100-125 10: Track record poor because last some projects have failed
