      Pros

      Good environment, has nice benefits and is a great place for learning. Fairly open to new ideas and tech. The best coffee in Bristol. A hybrid environment where working more from home is fine. Really good working environment.

      Cons

      Career path/review could be better.

      - A lot of very talented people - Cross functional engineering: from silicon through compilers to applications - Openness and emotional maturity are key hiring factors, resulting in genuinely pleasant working environment - Transparent decision making processes - Open to change - Free food and drinks
