Pros
Graphcore is a solid company and the CEO and CTO are veterans in the space. This isn't a gimmicky startup, it is the real deal. There are many talented team members. If you are proactive, you can learn a lot.
Cons
No red flags as a workplace. However Graphcore need to step up the business strategy. RSU grants are minimal and don't provide sufficient incentive.
