- Some of the best developers I've ever worked with - The baseline quality level is far above other places I've worked. Everyone seems to be good at what they do - In-office perks are great - Fast paced work towards the company's goals - Plenty of room to move around teams if you find an interest in different areas of the org - High effort for diversity and inclusion, without being overbearing or detrimental - The people in charge are as skilled (if not moreso) than the people they manage

Cons

- Some bureacracy has crept in, so onboarding is tedious and infrastructure changes can take a long time.

Great People, Great Opportunities, Great Development

Pros

People are on the whole, brilliant. Supportive, professional and encouraging. The Workplace & Facilities Team was a pleasure to be a part of. I worked with a super team and always had full support from my manager as well as being given opportunities to learn and develop. Some structural issues that were present when I joined the Company have been ironed out, and the People Team in particular is doing a fantastic job with in-house training, development and more targeted recruitment. The next 12-18 months is crucial.

Cons

Communication between departments could be improved. Some roles within the organisation can seem obsolete.
