      Pros

      Great culture! Truly fantastic to see a company be successful by promoting respect, work life balance, excellence and collaboration. No BS processes for the sake of process. Employees keep themselves accountable for their actions, no micromanagement (at least not in my team)! You're encouraged to speak up and lead. The founders are an inspiring combo of vision and execution of strategy. Loads to learn from them!

      Cons

      More attention could be paid to satellite offices. Not a disaster (yet) but could be improved.

      Well funded, innovative technology if you get to work in a core team

      Cons

      Over-hyped, artefact culture, imported from Xmos and Icera. Extremely self-entitled, chaotic and poor practises in place. Aggressive hiring needs to be justified. Middle management needs not to improvise.
