The company is growing fast and there is a general mood of optimism Interesting work (Learning loads about machine intelligence & silicon chip production) Able to work on lots of different areas (I have worked on Software simulator, Infrastructure and even Hardware verification) Given lots of autonomy (I generally have a problem to solve and how It is solved is up to me)
