Pros

Strong visionary leadership, seasoned management team ,smart people and a culture that fosters team work, professional growth and development.

Cons

The working environment is a bit tight but its a sign of growth and I believe new facilities are currently being sought after.

You will have flexible work time. Work from home is allowed from time to time. Because it is a small start up you are exposed to many technologies.

Cons

There are no salary adjustments and career growth. You are stuck on the place you started for the rest of your life.
