Pros

Some of the developers are very intelligent.

Cons

The place is a meat grinder. High turnover rate, and a disappointing lack of quality in all of the products. The existing code bases for the projects were a complete mess. Management routinely lied to clients and employees. The attitude of most employees was tarnished by a complete lack of faith in management. Seemed like most employees were trying to find better employment the entire time they were there.

Pros

Some of the people who work there are pretty smart (Devs, not managers).

Cons

None of the management knows what they are doing. High turnover rate. Salary is very small. Amount of expected work is disproportional to the salary. Management expects you to work more than 8 hours a day.

Poor management and complete lack of ethics. Will lie to clients about work done with you in the room. Demands unreasonable work hours. Terrible pay compared to similar companies. Has a continued history of high turn over. If you absolutely must work here, start looking for work elsewhere immediately.
