Pros

They asked employees for feedback at low-pressure town hall meetings. They actually listened to what what we had to say and quickly implemented our suggestions. They also do a lot to keep us from getting too stressed out during busy season including not expecting crazy hours, puppy days, chair massages, and lots of food and a new meal allowance program.

Cons

I don't work with other departments as much as I did at the smaller firm I came from but it does look like there is more collaboration between departments as you move up, especially at the Manager level.

Pros

Training and resource classes to learn and grow in your role. Friendly and helpful coworkers.

Cons

Particular schedule since the company deals with taxes and accounting.
