Good place to get hands on experience with a wide variety of tax situations. The more work you are willing to put in the more experience you will get. Office is nice, there is a gym shared with other

Cons

Be prepared to work a lot especially during busy seasons, this is not your typical 9-5 job. The only real downside to this company would be that there is clear favoritism that takes place.

Pros

I have had such a great experience right from the start. The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist screened me and scheduled my interview. I really enjoyed hearing all about the company, culture, tuition reimbursement and benefits. I had a great interview and was excited to be presented with an offer. HR called me personally and presented offer, which I was thrilled about. The hiring process was easy and most of it was on-line. It’s been almost a year and I really love it here. There is a sense of community and helpfulness here. I have learned so much already and am excited for my future here. They have partnerships with 2 colleges for reduced tuition, which I plan on taking advantage of this year.
