Uneducated employees. Unstructured & Unprofessional people. Managers will be calling you or messaging you even after office hours. (Note: Since it's a Startup company, so you have to work for min 12-15 hours). Every-time you have to available. Forget about your Family, this poor (B.C.) company will ask you to work even during weekends. No Company profile, no proper website..!! Nothing they have. All the Managers & VPs' are uneducated, unprofessional, and good for nothing. Such a GHATTIYA Company. Regretting after joining this B.C company.

Highly unprofessional, rude and arrogant management team. Employees are not treated with respect and dignity. Salaries are credited on 2nd or 3rd for few employees. They save interest and make money by crediting salaries late to few employees. If your supervisor has not approved your time sheet or leaves then your salary will be on hold. On site per diem is $40 to any country. They take more than a month to settle the onsite allowance. No proper policies on promotions, per diems, Very bad HR policies. 3 casual leaves per year. Very bad work ethics. They assign one employee with more than one project and end up in screwing both the projects. Very slow decision making by the management.
