Pros

If you are some one who loves to work in the BI and Analytics place then this is one such company. Good clientele in airports sector like Gatwick airport, Changi airport, Montreal and few more. ABI is their another big client. Hikes are usually good. Average hike is between 10-15%. But variable pay is accordingly adjusted. Junior employees get mid term hikes also based on their performance. Yearly one team outing is there.

Cons

Management doesn't have proper vision and focus. You'll be asked to do any project irrespective of your domain or technology specification. Management doesn't spend on training the employees but expects the work to be that of a trained employee. They do not invest on the employees. There are no proper policies in place. Existing policies keep changing to suit the management's terms without prior notice. HR policies are worse. They didn't provide insurance to employees for over 6 months and recently after much fight they have now provided one from HDFC Ergo. If you go onsite you are expected to share the room with other employees. CEO also doesn't take a separate room. Cost cutting to such an extent. Every employee is assigned on at least two projects. Because of that reason most of the projects are delayed. A lot of projects are like placing the resources with the client kind of body shopping. They do not welcome any suggestions. They do what they think is best in the most economical manner.

Pros

Compensation is okay. Have good products/IPs.

Cons

Very stressful work environment. Contributions are not recognized/valued. There is no transparency, no redressal mechanism/system, no process, system or plan, things are done haphazardly.

Pros

Nothing found which required to document.

Cons

Hire and Fire Policy : They spoil the career of the new employee and with any prior notice they will ask you to go out from the organization, I will never recommend any one to join this organization. Work-Life Balance: Certain periods may require long hours or tight deadlines, impacting work-life balance. Limited Resources: Some teams may experience resource constraints which could affect project timelines and deliverables. Communication Channels: At times, communication between teams or departments may not be as streamlined as desired, leading to misunderstandings. Career Progression Clarity: Clearer pathways for career progression and advancement could be provided to employees. External Market Pressures: External market factors may influence certain aspects of the company's operations, causing uncertainty.
