      The Airport project gives employees high pressure, the leadership including VP of services is not well aware of the work. Salary increments are minimal, leaving employees feeling overworked and undervalued. Growth opportunities are limited, and overall work culture feels stressful and unsupportive.

      The Airport Project has poor leadership and no clear direction from the VP of Service. There is no proper support or motivation for employees. Some leaders are not well qualified and do not have clarity, which creates confusion and frequent changes in decisions. Teams follow their own rules instead of company policies. Work expectations are very unrealistic. Tasks that need a month are expected to be finished in a week. There are no proper work hours or clear WFH policy. Even with this pressure, salary and the increments are very low, making employees feel overworked and undervalued.
