Worst experience with the VP-Services who is handling a prestigious airport business. He is too rude with the team members. You will be threatened for not picking the calls in the middle of the night like 1am or 2 am. It will be escalated to HR. Zero empathy for employees. Disrespect on the floor. If you are in this project , you will be treated as slaves. If you try to move out of project, there will be negative feedback on you.

One of the project head from services is very bad in managing team. Along with him also other managers in the team are same. They are his puppets. They also don't know to take stand for team. They make team members work till late night and also call /msg anytime in night. They treat employees like slaves
