3yThanks for leaving a review. If you are interested in moving up within Graybar, we suggest you have a conversation with your manager or HR Advisor about what a potential career path could be. If you were interested in staying on a financial track, you could look into a financial assistant role that could develop into a Financial Manager. At Graybar, employees are not "stuck forever" in the role or area they start in - if you are interested in operations or sales, etc., you can look into what is needed to move into one of those roles as well.
