• Company Car (avg $200 charge per month ) • No set schedule • Sales commission bonus • 3 weeks vacation starting day one • retirement/ stock options

Cons

• Turnover for supporting roles • Slow to pay competitive wages for talent with little industry experience, causes younger talent to get picked off. • National company, changes often take a long time to make happen.

Great company. Lots of fringe benefits. Stability.

Cons

The salary and commissions are terribly low. If you have been there for less than 10 years, the odds of breaking 100K are non existent. It just isn't possible with their pay structure. After 10 years, it should be fine. But, be prepared to make some sacrifices in those years. Also, a lot of long time employees just coast thru the day while watching videos or social media on their phones. A LOT.
