Pros

profit sharing, stock plan, health benefits, company car, cell phone, reputable name

Cons

Very little training or guidance, you’re just kind of thrown to the wolves. Can be a great place to work or a living hell. I’ve worked at multiple locations and experienced both situations.

However, we are actively investing in technology and new processes to modernize how we work. We also encourage ongoing learning and development for all employees, regardless of their role or years of service, and we’re working to create an environment where new ideas and innovations are embraced. Pros

Some managers and some colleagues were good people.

Cons

This company has many issues they need to address. They threatened my job over doing a transfer to a position that requires much more work yet no pay. The manager and coworker they moved me to treated me very poorly. The job overall is underpaid and I know many who have left due to that reason. No flexibility as some days roads were dangerous and they forced us to come in when we could have worked remote. No flexibility or willing to work with employees.
