Pros

-Employee ownership creates a since of pride for most in our offices which makes it easier to stay engaged. -Great work life balance -Training is available if you seek it out

Cons

We are slower to adapt to new processes and change but thankfully that seems to be becoming less of a true statement as we head into "The New Era" . Starting pay for entry level jobs can be a pain point for some which creates some turnover but if folks stick it out it can become well worth it.

They don't offer any kind of support to the ISR. Pay is terrible
